As one of the frontrunners in the contract manufacture of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and recombinant proteins from mammalian cell culture, Lonza produces the essential ingredients for tomorrow’s life-saving medicines with four state-of-the-art cGMP multi-product facilities.
One of these facilities is in the UK in the Thames Valley technology corridor, which focuses on process development and clinical trial supply (including small-scale manufacture of licensed products). The second is in the USA, just outside Boston, Massachusetts, focusing on large-scale manufacture for late-stage clinical trials and in-market supply. The third is in Northern Spain, and the fourth is currently under construction in Singapore.
